Join/Renew TAMS Membership

TAMS-2020-21 CHANGE IN MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL/CONFERENCE REGISTRATION PROCESS

In an attempt to streamline the process for membership renewal and conference/annual breakfast registration AND to allow for contingency planning due to CV-19, please note the following changes to the annual process.

  1. Week of August 3-7, 2020-All member districts will receive an email with the following:

    1. TAMS Current W-9

    2. Invoice for 20-21 membership ($500-per district) (PayPal or pay by check options)

    3. Link to Google Form in which you can update contact information, register for annual legislative conference (December 10 & 11, 2020), and/or register for the annual membership breakfast (January 25, 2021)

      • In the event the conference cannot be held face-to-face, we will hold a 1-day virtual conference on December 10, 2020. (Conference fee will be explained in August email.)
      • In the event TASA cannot hold face-to-face Midwinter Conference in January, 2021, annual breakfast will be canceled.

  2. Week of August 24, 2020-Members who indicated attendance at conference and/or member breakfast will begin receiving invoices for those selections (PayPal or pay by check options). Note-this is being delayed as late as possible in order to monitor CV-19 impact on face-to-face possibility. We will make a final decision in late August.


  3. October 30, 2020-Conference and Breakfast registration closes.
